Delete your Treeny account

You can permanently delete your Treeny account and all data linked to it at any time. Deletion removes your account, your cognitive assessment results, your training and game history, your Flo coach profile, and your email address from our mailing lists. This cannot be undone, and we keep no copy.

If you can sign in (fastest)

1. Sign in with your email — we send you a one-click sign-in link.
2. Open Settings and scroll to Data & Privacy.
3. Press Delete Account and confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately.

If you can't sign in

Email hello@treeny.me from the email address you used for Treeny, with the subject “Delete my Treeny account”. We verify it's really you and confirm the deletion within 30 days — usually much sooner.

Have a paid subscription?

Please cancel it first — deleting your account does not cancel the subscription billing. Use the “manage subscription” link in any Treeny receipt email, then delete your account here. Records our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy) must keep for tax and accounting law are retained by them as required.

Tip: if you'd like a copy of your data first, use Export My Data in Settings → Data & Privacy before deleting. See also our privacy policy.
